At RIDCO, a Total Quality Management approach is utilized to ensure our customers that they will receive the best possible service from the initial concept, through product development , PPAP and production, to Just-in-Time (JIT) delivery.  

To begin with, customer needs are translated into die casting terminology, so that a feasible design can be developed. 

Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques are used to monitor critical features of our customers' products.  A feedback and corrective action plan is followed to insure that products and processes are in control.  All RIDCO suppliers are part of our Supplier Certification Program. 

Our "State of the Art" quality control methods further enhance our hi-quality production and inspection systems.

Handling, storage, packaging and containerization are given special attention to assure that finished products are not damaged in our plant or while in transit.
